1 IPv4 address is included with every plan. Add more from the Networking tab in the Cloud Panel; the monthly rate is on the IP addresses guide.
Can I run my own kernel or custom ISO?
Yes. Install your own kernel or use our templates; you have full root. Custom ISOs are not supported yet.
Who answers support tickets and when?
The engineers who run the nodes, around the clock, in English. Open a ticket in the Console and one of them answers it; no script, no tier one.
