SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Two promises, written down. The network target and what happens when we miss it, and the money-back guarantee on new VPS, VDS, and game server orders. Everything else about refunds lives in the Terms of Service.

NoBull Networks Service Level Agreement and Money-Back Guarantee

Service Level Agreement

This agreement is between NoBull Networks LLC ("NoBull Networks", "we") and you, the client, and applies to every service we host on our own racks in Lumen Seattle 1 (SEA1): Performance VPS, Foundational VPS, Virtual Dedicated Servers, game servers, and colocation.

The target

Our network will be available 99.9% of the time, measured over any 30-day period. "Available" means the NoBull Networks network, from our redundant spine to our upstream carriers, is passing traffic to and from your service. Network status and incidents are published at status.nobullnetworks.com, and the route your traffic takes is published on the Network page.

What the target does not cover

  • Scheduled maintenance announced on the status page in advance.
  • Outages caused by your own server, operating system, software, configuration, or traffic.
  • Outages of networks we do not control beyond our upstream carriers, including your own connection.
  • Services suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.

When we miss it

If network availability over a 30-day period falls below 99.9%, a service credit is issued to your account. You do not need to open a ticket or ask for it. The credit for any 30-day period is capped at 50% of the monthly rate of the affected service. Credits apply to future invoices and follow the Account Credits section of the Terms of Service: they stay on the account they were issued to and are not paid out as cash.

Money-Back Guarantee

New orders of Performance VPS, Foundational VPS, Virtual Dedicated Servers, and game servers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the server is not what you needed, cancel within 30 days of the order date and the full amount of that order is refunded. No forms and no negotiation.

How to claim it

  • Cancel the service in the Console: open Services, select the server, choose Request Cancellation, then Immediate. Cancellation in the Console is the required first step for every refund.
  • Open a billing ticket referencing the cancelled service and asking for the refund under the money-back guarantee.
  • The refund goes back to the original payment method. Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Renewals, upgrades, and any order that is not a new order of those services. Those follow the Refunds section of the Terms of Service: cancel first, then request the refund within 72 hours of the payment transaction time; refunds are prorated at our discretion.
  • Domain names, SSL certificates, and IP addresses.
  • Services suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service, including any prepaid period.
  • Account credits, which stay on the account and are applied to future invoices.

The knowledge base explains both rules in plain language: Refunds and the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
